For SkyCrest Appraisals, real estate valuation is more than a profession—it is an industry rooted in years of experience and a lifelong understanding of the importance of credible property valuations.
Growing up around the appraisal industry, founder Curt Page was introduced to real estate and valuation at an early age. His father established CWPage & Associates in the 1990s, giving Curt the opportunity to experience the appraisal profession firsthand and even work in the office as a teenager.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University, Curt decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and pursue a full-time career in real estate appraisal.
The profession proved to be a natural fit, combining real estate knowledge, market analysis, problem-solving, and independent research. Curt began working toward his appraisal licensing in his early twenties and eventually earned the Certified General Real Estate Appraiser designation—the highest level of real estate appraisal licensing.
Today, with more than 15 years of industry experience, Curt has developed extensive knowledge appraising a wide variety of residential and commercial properties throughout Utah and California.
